Someone needs to be held responsible for this lack of respect. Your Grandmother did this voluntarily, and her efforts should not go unnoticed. Call the TV station and tell them to investigate. Then, the Post Office needs to be held accountable, because, where was the 1st or 2nd notice?

Good Luck and sending you a big HUG! :)A.Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06106004037607712134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2758033543840446585.post-47464998615558119532009-12-06T00:56:55.337-05:002009-12-06T00:56:55.337-05:00That's just horrible! Interesting it went through the post office as well.
Is there a contact name and number at the university?
I agree with Stacy on taking it to the local news. They may be able to do more digging than you can do.Frugal Vickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14215233645206729306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2758033543840446585.post-53488894365069066852009-12-05T10:24:54.054-05:002009-12-05T10:24:54.054-05:00They MAILED your grandmother? Usually that's a result of our lazy mail carrier who doesn't like doing her job. But I digress.

Definitely take it to your local news - obviously that program or the University need to be investigated. How awful for your mom to get the final notice to discover it's her mom's remains potentially going to be discarded or returned. Just a lack of respect all around.
